Asia Pac Export Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Asia Pac Sales Manager. Responsible for driving business growth and delivering sales to target, the successful applicant will manage a strong and growing network of Meridian resellers, working closely with a variety of independent high performance retailer and custom design & installation businesses throughout the Asia Pac region.

This role will make a significant contribution to Meridian’s sales success.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Sales planning and management experience within the specialist A/V & CI markets
  • Proven track record of delivering profitable business with a structured approach to selling
  • Ability to manage own workload and a high level of self-motivation
  • Excellent presentation and first-class interpersonal skills
  • Natural talent to inspire and motivate independent businesses to deliver for Meridian
  • An interest in emerging technologies
  • Willingness to travel

Business Development Executive

We are now seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our Automotive and IP Licensing Team. The successful applicant will utilise their own research, business intelligence gathering activities and network referrals to identify new commercial opportunities for Meridian and win additional licensing contracts with OEM targets across industry sectors, including the CE, automotive, aviation and marine markets.

It is expected that this role will make a significant contribution to Meridian’s sales success.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate the following:

  • 2/3 years B2B sales experience within the audio/technology industry or other technical industry.
  • Ability to manage the full sale cycle.
  • Project leading internal R&D team ensuring RFI & RFQ are appropriately addressed
  • Networking, prospecting and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of developing strong business relationships and marketing partnerships that deliver profitable year-on-year revenue growth
  • Ability to manage own workload and a high level of self-motivation
  • An interest in emerging audio/video technologies plus an understanding of the industry opportunities for high performance audio & technology offerings
  • Excellent presentation and first-class interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel
