 We have a vacancy for an automotive engineer to support our automotive partners in design and development of high-end automotive audio systems. This will include support throughout the development process, from design of the systems through to EQ and sign-off. We are looking for someone with a good degree or equivalent experience in engineering, acoustics, computer science, physics or mathematics plus experience in:

  • Critical listening
  • Acoustics
  • Electroacoustics
  • Audio signal processing
  • Automotive audio
  • Acoustic measurements

Particular aptitudes/skills required:

  • Personable and outgoing personality – will be interacting with marketing, engineering and commercial teams
  • Willingness to travel (UK and overseas) is essential
  • Highly organised and motivated
  • Creative and innovative problem solving
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear explanations and documentation
  • Able to present to a wide range of audiences
  • An interest in music and listening
  • The ability to thrive within a business with demanding clients
  • The ability to quickly adapt to using new technologies
