An exciting vacancy has been created at Meridian’s headquarters in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire for a Project Coordinator.  Responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of a wide variety of audio engineering projects for Meridian’s award-winning specialist audio products, alongside its high profile, global brand partnerships, the successful candidate will exhibit a keen eye-for detail, have first-class organisation and communication skills, and thrive as part of a passionate and committed team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining engineering project plans and updating action logs to coordinate and align all activities.
  • Coordinating Engineering Department activities, delivering projects on-time, on-budget and to agreed requirements.
  • Coordinating work with the Account Management team to enable concurrent work to progress across Meridian’s Brand and Technology Licensing partnerships.
  • Coordinating work with external PMs, engineers, contractors and OEM/ODM suppliers to ensure all project activities are aligned, efficient and effective.
  • Lead and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members and stakeholders.
  • Producing the required documentation to ensure successful and well-communicated project delivery across the business.

We have a vacancy for a Head of Engineering, at our facility in Huntingdon, to be responsible for the daily management of the Engineering Department and the overall planning and execution of complex development programs and research projects, from initial brief through to delivery for the business.

We are looking for a candidate who has considerable management experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can demonstrate a high degree of accountability. The position will act as the senior interface between the engineering teams and key customers and involves working closely with executive management. Candidates must be able to demonstrate:
