Meridian Audio marks AVATR's Singapore debut with a bespoke 25-speaker system developed for the AVATR 11.
Revealed at Capella Singapore, the AVATR 11 features a Meridian high-end sound system delivering 2,016 watts of British engineering. Meridian’s proprietary technologies adapt sound to the SUV's movement, environment, and layout - creating an acoustic space which is seamlessly integrated into the electric vehicle’s luxurious cabin.
At the launch, Meridian presented a live installation, demonstrating how sound and design combine in the AVATR 11.
The positioning, orientation and integration of 25 speakers, along with a bespoke grille design are treated as architectural details, not technical components.

Meridian's 25-speaker system, powered by a 2,016-watt amplifier, delivers a soundscape shaped by decades of psychoacoustic research. Headrest speakers sharpen phone calls and voice prompts while each passenger sits within a soundstage shaped by British acoustic expertise.
Drivers can personalise their experience with five EQ modes, designed for everything from classical precision to bass-rich dynamics.
Behind the system, six core Meridian technologies ensure the sound stays clear, balanced, and immersive - whether you’re driving in a bustling city or on the open road.
Horizon – Expands two channel stereo content into immersive multichannel audio.
RE-Q –Optimises the audio system to the precise acoustics of the cabin environment.
Intelli-Q – Adjusts audio using live vehicle data: speed, window position, occupancy
Digital Precision – Preserves detail throughout the signal chain
Perfect Balance – Maintains tonal accuracy at any volume
True Time – Reduces digital pre-ringing for cleaner playback
This system is the result of the collaboration between Meridian and AVATR, adapting sound philosophy into a new car platform. Carefully designed speaker placement ensures all passengers can clearly hear the precision in audio performance.
Whether it's rock or opera, playback remains natural, balanced and lifelike as intended by the artist.
AVATR 11 will be available for test drives from 26 July at the new AVATR showroom at 281 Alexandra Road and from 1 August to 16 October at UOB Plaza 2, 80 Raffles Place. This marks AVATR's expansion outside of China — and Meridian's first appearance on Singapore roads.
