Meridian returns to CEDIA Expo 2025 with the launch of the UHD121 HDMI Controller and the unveiling of the all-new 2025 editions of the Reference DSP730 and DSP750 in-wall loudspeakers.
Meridian Audio will once again be exhibiting at CEDIA Expo, bringing its pioneering British audio engineering to the leading showcase for home technology and custom installation. At this year’s event in Denver, CO, Meridian will introduce the new UHD121 HDMI Controller – a simple and intuitive way to integrate Meridian loudspeakers with TVs – as well as reveal the 2025 editions of its award-winning Reference DSP730 and DSP750 in-wall loudspeakers. All new products will be on display for the first time at the show, giving attendees the opportunity to see Meridian’s latest engineering and design innovations up close.
Meridian invites visitors to experience its latest innovations first-hand at Booth 4316, CEDIA Expo 2025 (3–6 September).
- Smoothly integrates Meridian loudspeakers with TVs featuring eARC or ARC-enabled HDMI ports
- Lets users control their Meridian system using their TV remote, thanks to being HDMI-CEC enabled
- Allows the TV and loudspeakers to work in unison, with the entire system controllable from the TV remote
- Supports both star-wired and daisy-chain installations via Meridian SpeakerLink
- Includes an extra HDMI port to maintain system flexibility
- The UHD121 makes it simple to pair Meridian’s entire range of DSP loudspeakers with TVs, delivering an intuitive and user-friendly experience for everyday use

- Meridian’s highest-performing in-wall loudspeakers to date, delivering higher output, lower distortion and improved imaging precision.
- Both models incorporate Meridian’s proprietary Image Elevation technology, which solves the problem of creating natural and convincing listening experiences in installations incorporating LED screens and large-format fixed displays where speakers cannot be placed behind the screen. Elsewhere on the show floor, Meridian’s flagship DSP8000 XE loudspeakers will be powering the sound in the Barco booth (3725). The system will be showcased in Barco’s reference cinema environment, giving visitors the opportunity to experience Meridian’s uncompromising performance in a large-scale, cinematic setting.
Beyond product distribution, Meridian is expanding its reach through technology licensing and strategic partnerships. The most recent example is its work with United Airlines, where Meridian-engineered headphones are enhancing the listening experience for premium passengers. These initiatives demonstrate the breadth of Meridian’s influence, bringing its expertise in research, innovation and sound engineering to new industries and audiences worldwide.
