Meridian is celebrating a remarkable showcase at CEDIA Expo 2024 in Denver, Colorado, where it won three prestigious “Best of Show” awards for its groundbreaking Ellipse loudspeaker.
The booth featured Meridian’s Extreme Engineering Showcase, impressing attendees with the display of the Ellipse making its U.S. debut, the DSP8000 XE, and the award-winning DSP9 loudspeaker. Ellipse was the star of the show, captivating audiences with its luxury aesthetic and immersive sound quality. Its debut proved to be a highlight of CEDIA Expo, earning three ‘Best of Show’ honours:
The awards cement Ellipse as a cutting-edge loudspeaker in high-end audio, setting new standards for innovation and audio excellence.
In addition to Ellipse, Meridian showcased its black DSP8000 XE, the first product from its Extreme Engineering Programme, and the award-winning DSP9 loudspeaker. The DSP9, which has become synonymous with Meridian’s signature sound, boasts an iconic cabinet design, offering unmatched fidelity, dynamics, and power, making it a go-to solution for high-end home cinemas and listening rooms.
Further exciting the U.S. market, Meridian unveiled a new collaboration with Leon Speakers at the CEDIA Expo. This partnership introduces a unique solution for architectural loudspeakers and media frames, bringing together Meridian’s signature sound philosophy with Leon’s expertise in custom-built technology concealment. The collaboration resulted in the Leon Edge Media Frame for Meridian, an elegant, solid hardwood, on-wall media mounting solution designed specifically for Meridian’s high-performance speakers, offering a seamless and sophisticated integration for home media systems.
