Meridian Audio is recognised for delivering advanced in-car audio across Range Rover, Defender, Discovery and Jaguar.

Meridian Audio has been named winner of JLR’s 2025 Growth Award at the Global Supplier Excellence Awards, held at Primrose Hill Farm, Oxfordshire, on Thursday, 5 June.

The award recognises the success of a long-standing collaboration, and celebrates Meridian’s contribution to the development of advanced in-car audio systems across the Range Rover, Defender, Discovery, and Jaguar brands.

 

As JLR’s official audio brand partner and audio processing software supplier, Meridian has worked closely with the company since 2011 — supporting not just engineering and integration, but marketing campaigns and the evolution of JLR’s Experience Centres, which now feature Meridian systems as part of the vehicle handover.

At the event, JLR praised both the partnership and the benefits of Meridian’s audio technology.

The accolade follows the 2024 announcement of an extended long-term collaboration between the two iconic British brands — building on a trusted partnership that began in 2011. This agreement sees Meridian systems integrated into the next generation of JLR vehicles, with a focus on delivering high-performance audio that enhances the driving experience across every brand within JLR’s House of Brands.

As pioneers of digital signal processing and psychoacoustics, Meridian brings deep expertise in system-level engineering — delivering immersive, tailored sound experiences that respond to vehicle architecture, cabin acoustics, and listener behaviour.
